PERTH: Retravision WA today announced it has entered into a partnership agreement with Adelaide-based mobile technology retailer, PhoneXpress, adding 15 new stores to its buying group.
Retravision WA CEO Paul Holt said the group will provide a number of service solutions to PhoneXpress including buying support, central accounting, administration and IT.
The PhoneXpress business will be fully secured financially within the Retravision WA credit policy.
In a press release issued this afternoon, Holt described PhoneXpress as one of the most successful independent mobile technology retailers in the South Australian metro market with a network of around 15 stores.
Specialising in mobile phones and accessories, the retailer claims to be South Australia’s largest Telstra dealer.
"The directors and staff are extremely excited and looking forward to a very good relationship with Retravision and the opportunites we now have to add to each others business," said PhoneXpress business development manager, Nathan Freeman.
Retravision said today it will provide franchise management support to the PhoneXpress business as it seeks to expand its presence in South Australia and into other states going forward.
However, the move will also have benefits for Retravision.
“This partnership is an exciting growth opportunity with a brand which complements Retravision’s strategy and enables further opportunity to explore and attack the portable technology category, the fastest growing and most dynamic part of the market at present,” said Holt.
