Parramatta, Australia’s first city, is set to get a Betta Electrical store, with the announcement today that a new franchise will open next month. This will be the first Betta Electrical store to open in Sydney’s second CBD since the formation of the BSR Group.
The store will be located at 166-168 Church Street, which is the main thoroughfare, and be 700 square metres.
The owner of the new is Frank Coogans, who chose the BSR Group for its diversity and competitiveness.
““Betta Electrical’s reputation as one of the foremost electrical and white-goods retailers in Australia was a key factor in joining the Group,” said Coogans. “Electrical retail is a very competitive industry and you need to be linked to a competitive group.”
“We are a customer focused team and Betta Electrical offers the diversity in products and economical prices that will enable us to sell to a wide customer base.”
Welcoming Coogans to the fold, and to Parramatta, is BSR Group general manager Ian Brown.
“Parramatta is an ideal site for a Betta Electrical store and BSR Group is looking forward to working with Mr Coogans and his staff to provide the best products, range and service to the local community.”
The new Parramatta Betta Electrical is set to open in mid-November.
