At the recent launch event for the new CHiQ brand, the company announced that it would be the Official Television Supplier to the 2018 Formula 1® Rolex Australian Grand Prix.

Commenting on the announcement, CHiQ general manager sales and marketing, David Esler (pictured) said, “The 2018 Formula 1® Rolex Australian Grand Prix is a premium event on the race calendar and in the homes of millions of viewers worldwide. Through our television supplier partnership, we are in a prime position to accelerate CHiQ’s brand recognition amongst the Australian public and help drive sales through CHiQ’s retail partner stores.”

Australian Grand Prix Corporation CEO, Andrew Westacott commented, “We are excited to have CHiQ televisions as the official television supplier of the 2018 Formula 1® Rolex Grand Prix and look forward to delivering a fantastic season opener in March.”

Under the two-year Australian Grand Prix Corporation agreement, CHiQ will be showcased at the track on numerous superscreens, in the homes and businesses of motorsport fans via Australian Grand Prix Corporation’s digital communications, and in catalogues of consumer electronics retailers.

As part of the sponsorship, the brand has conceived a consumer promotion that will be rolled out through its retailer partners around the country.

Any customer that purchases a CHiQ television before February 11, 2018 will be eligible to win a Grand Prix racing experience that includes two tickets to the 2018 Formula 1® Rolex Australian Grand Prix, flights from any Australian capital city, one night accommodation and VIP access on Sunday March 25.
