Aspera Mobile has added to its entry level smartphone range with the release of the AS8. The unlocked 4G AS8 has a wide range of features including face and fingerprint recognition and NFC, for contactless payments using Google Wallet.
It has an 8MP + 0.08MP rear and 5MP front camera, 4G connectivity with VoLTE data calls and Dual 4G SIM slots.
The AS8 also uses Octa-Core CPU to create an additional 1GB of virtual RAM that works seamlessly with in-built 2GB RAM and 32GB ROM to help the Android 13 OS and apps launch quickly and efficiently.
Aspera Mobile managing director, Allan Robertson said like all Aspera phones the AS8 is aimed at the budget conscious consumer. “It has a high-quality feel, HD+ display, a long-lasting and removable battery and comes with a free gel case.”
RRP is $149 and it is available at Big W, Ritchies IGA, Seasons IGA, Freedom Fuels, Trinity Petroleum, Mobileciti, Personal Digital, Mobile Experts and selected BP service stations.
