Australian interior design sisters, Alisa and Lysandra Fraser, have launched the third season of their show, The Design Duo Series, ‘Twin Off’, taking place in the seaside suburb of Somerton Park, South Australia.
This season follows Alisa and Lysandra as they build their family homes side by side, with identical rooms in both houses being revealed each week with viewers left guessing which sister’s design stands out, while capturing sibling rivalry, creativity, and journey of crafting dream homes.
Each week, the duo reveals at least one room from each of the builds, starting with the master suite (bedroom, bathroom and walk-in robe) in week one, kid’s bedroom and main bathroom in week two, pool and alfresco in week three, kitchen, dining and living in week four, hallway, laundry and powder room in week five, and upper living, study, powder room and exterior in week six.
“We are thrilled to be back with a new season of The Design Duo series with the opportunity to build not one, but two homes, side-by-side, and share the journey with the public,” Alisa and Lysandra said.
“Not only will these homes become our family’s oasis, in a beautiful seaside setting, but will enable us to showcase our own personal styles through each room and the entire build. This is the biggest project we have ever taken on, but the results have exceeded our expectations.
