Amazon Australia has over 1,000 new seasonal job opportunities to support fulfilment of customer orders over the festive period, with applications now open in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Newcastle and the Gold Coast.
For those who prefer a more flexible work arrangement there are earning opportunities around the country, delivering packages with Amazon Flex.
The company plans to onboard over 1,000 seasonal workers at its fulfilment centres and logistics sites between now and November. Amazon Australia is looking for people to help pick, pack, ship customer orders, with no previous experience required, to meet customer demand during key shopping periods such as Prime Big Deal Days in October and Black Friday in November.
Amazon Australia director of human resources, Jacqui Marker said, “Our holiday season period is an exciting time to be part of the team. We’re pleased to offer over 1,000 new seasonal work opportunities for Australians around the country.
