Alienware, Dell’s gaming arm, has announced the Australian release dates and pricing details for its powerful new X-Series and M-Series laptops revealed at CES 2022 in Las Vegas, with two models available now.

The upgraded Alienware x15 R2 and x17 R2 gaming laptops are available now, designed for mobility and the latest technology for playing games.

Loaded with the new 12 Gen Intel Core processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 Series GPUs, the 15-inch model starts at $3,799, and the larger 17-inch display unit retails from $3,899.

New to Alienware’s X-Series line of slimline gaming laptops and the company’s slimmest laptop to date is the x14, which includes the option of Intel Arc Graphics or an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 laptop GPU for strong gaming performance.

Also including an optimised battery capable of over 11 hours of HD video playback, the Alienware x14 will be available locally from 11 February with a price starting at $2,999.

Alienware’s mid-sized m15 R7 laptop is part of the company’s M-Series range, designed for raw power, with the option between a 12th Gen Intel Core H-series or an AMD Ryzen processor, alongside the RTX 30 Series GPUs.

The Intel version of the Alienware m15 R7 gaming laptop will hit shelves from 25 February and retail at a starting price of $2,999, while the AMD model comes on 15 April – pricing details to be confirmed closer to release.

Local details on Alienware’s upcoming peripherals, including the Tri-Mode Wireless Gaming Mouse and Gaming Headset, as well as the 34-inch Curved QD-OLED Gaming Monitor (AW3423DW) have not yet been confirmed, but can be expected soon.
