Six different options.

The new Wolf modules cover a range of cooking methods with six different options available including induction, dual-element indoor grill, steamer, teppanyaki, two burner gas and multi-function single gas burner. With a width of 381mm, the modules provide a generous cooking area, while the streamlined control layout and frame allows them to seamlessly pair with one another.

Sub-Zero and Wolf managing director, Andrew Mumford confirmed that the multi-function single burner gas cooktop delivers a powerful 24MJ/h output, making it one of the most powerful on the market.

“The burner shapes its powerful flame to concentrate heat in precisely the right spot, which is perfect for wok cooking and exceptionally fast boiling,” he told Appliance Retailer.

“The stainless steel induction cooking surface of the Wolf teppanyaki module allows for quick temperature adjustments and rapid preheating. The versatility of two independently controlled 1400-watt induction zones allows foods to be quickly seared and gently warmed at the same time. The cooking areas can also be combined to utilise the entire cooking surface.

“These modules allow consumers to create a custom cooktop that is truly suited to their individual needs, regardless of the size of their kitchen. The modules can be combined in numerous ways, depending on your personal preference when it comes to both food and design.”

Consumers are spending more time in the kitchen and are willing to spend more money on quality appliances that last longer, according to Mumford. “We all have our individual preferences when it comes to preparing food, and people want appliances that suit both their cooking needs and the design aesthetic of their home. The beauty of the Wolf appliances is the breadth of the product range as the design options range from ultra-sleek contemporary to classic, yet suit transitional through to bold professional style kitchens.”
