SYDNEY, NSW: The Sydney Seafood Cooking School is making great use of its Fisher & Paykel appliances, with cooktops, ovens, refrigerators and rangehoods on display to thousands of novice gourmets every year.

Current.com.au was at the School, located at the Fish Markets in Sydney, this afternoon to witness the resident chefs prepare a traditional Spanish seafood paella.

This is great marketing for Fisher & Paykel, as it lets consumers experience the products first hand, rather than simply observing them in a showroom. A number of other leading brands also provide equipment to cooking schools, or run their own lessons; these include Miele, Bosch and Emilia Glem.

The cooking school provides a great vehicle to showcase F&P's full kitchen range.
