SYDNEY: Leading French manufacturer of multifunction laser printers (MFPs), Sagem Communication, has partnered with Office National to launch a new innovative range of laser multi-function printers in Australia.

“Small businesses and home offices have very specific needs when it comes to the technology that allows them to operate efficiently and effectively,” said Sagem Australasia managing director, Francois Romanet.

“We’ve developed a range of multifunctional printing solutions specifically tailored to meet these needs including reliability, affordability, speed and sturdiness.”

The Sagem MF5401 (RRP $379) and the Sagem MF5461 (RRP $479) have been released to the Australian market, with Office National’s 170 nationwide retail outlets providing exclusive sales and support for both products.

The MF5401 features a black & white printer, digital copier and flatbed colour scanner, with the MF5461 also featuring a 33.6k Super G3 Fax.

“We’re pleased to offer Sagem’s first entry-level multifunctional printer range in Australia,” said Office National business technology manager, Ritesh Patel.

“This offering answers a definite need in the market for affordable yet intelligent business imaging equipment specifically designed for SOHOs (small offices and home offices) and the small business market,” he said.

Both models features USB connectivity and are equipped for wireless printing when connected to a WIFI dongle (RRP $59), allowing the user to adapt the device to any environment.
