SYDNEY: Fujifilm’s new website,, offers a range of digital print solutions and resources applicable to current model Frontier minilabs, DPC kiosks and printers.

The new website provides downloads for current model Frontier training manuals and Material Safety Data Sheets, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), plus links to strategic partners and industry websites.

“ also features information on a range of in-house Frontier School training courses available to both existing and aspiring operators. Members simply download an application form and advise their skill level in order to register their interest in completing a certificate course,” said Fujifilm application training manager, Andrew Hall.

“The new website also offers a forum that enables members to liaise with each other or perhaps share handy tips on how to maximise the use of their systems.

“All information on the website is currently accessible free of charge after registering as a member, which simply requires the provision of an email address and password.”

Hall said was created in response to industry demand for an easily accessible resource that provides practical information on Frontier minilabs, DPC kiosks and printers.

“With more than 600 Frontier minilabs and nearly 5000 DPC kiosks installed throughout Australia, this new initiative will provide operators with an extensive range of digital print solution content via a convenient online service.

“While the website will also provide a facility to troubleshoot application problems, it will not be a replacement for the Fujifilm Minilab Helpdesk which responds to technical problems,” Hall added.

Hall indicated that will continue to evolve as information changes and will also include podcasts and videos in the future that will incorporate content such as what’s new, as well as demonstrations on everyday operations.

“As an industry leader in print solutions, we believe it is important to provide as much practical information as possible in the marketplace so operators can deliver an efficient and premium standard of service to their customers,” Hall said.
