Uniden’s App Cam Solo range has welcomed a new addition, the App Cam Solo Pro, a 100% wire-free rechargeable, solar powered, spotlight and security camera.
The App Cam Solo Pro features a full HD 1080p resolution and 120-degree wide viewing angle, coupled with a Starlight CMOS sensor and built-in spotlight, to provide colour night vision footage up to 10 metres away.
With two-way talk, users can facilitate contactless delivery and provide instructions to couriers, trades, and other visitors. Customised voice alerts will broadcast when motion is detected.
Live and recorded footage can be viewed using the Uniden Solo App and then stored directly to SD card or the Uniden Cloud to replay when required. The camera also has privacy masking to black out areas within view that users do not want recorded.
Other features include a weatherproof IP65 design, Thermo Sense technology, seven days of free rolling cloud backup and compatibility with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa, also found on other App Cam Solo cameras.
The App Cam Solo Pro can be integrated into an existing smart home setup. An optional Uniden Solar Panel can be used alongside the camera to recharge it while providing non-stop power during daylight hours.
The Uniden App Cam Solo Pro will be available from February for RRP $249.95 and the optional App Cam Solar Panel will retail for $99.95.
