Uniden has strengthened its indoor smart camera range with the addition of the Guardian App Cam Home+ with 2.5K video resolution and three times optical zoom.
Sporting a new contemporary design, the App Cam Home+ features a 355-degree pan and 50-degree tilt rotation for a wider viewing area. The 5MP camera with Super HD provides image details clearer than a 1080p camera and pre-motion recording starts recording four seconds before motion is detected for extended footage.
Compatible with Google and Alexa for voice control, the camera also offers two-way talk for real-time conversations remotely. For peace of mind, privacy masking can be used to black out areas within the camera’s view that users do not want to record. An inbuilt siren alert trigger is designed to deter unwanted visitors and night vision allows footage to be recorded in low light.
Easy to set up, the App Cam Home+ plugs into power and connects to dual band Wi-Fi for a reliable and continuous connection. Footage can be accessed via the dedicated Uniden Solo app. By adding a micro-SD card with the benefit of the included seven days of free rolling cloud back up, the camera can provide dual backup with no hidden or ongoing storage costs.
