The integrated coffee machine is the ultimate in design, convenience and functionality. Often styled to match built-in cooking appliances from the same brand, integrated machines complete the kitchen and should always be recommended when selling a major appliance package.

Daniel Bertuccio from Eurolinx, distributor of this De Dietrich coffee machine (DED1140X, RRP $4,999), encouraged retailers to send customers into the company’s showrooms to receive full demonstrations and to get a feel for the products and how they can interact with them in a kitchen environment.

Gaggenau has integrated coffee machines in stainless steel (pictured, CM450, RRP $6,999), anthracite and metal finishes. “A large number of aesthetically pleasing configurations are possible: in combination with a warming drawer; in a trio with an oven and a warming drawer; or in a side-by-side combination with other 45-centimetre high appliances, such as a combi-steam oven or combi-microwave oven to create the ultimate design statement,” said brand manager Frances Lynch from distributor Sampford IXL.
