Traditionally, cold brew is made by soaking ground coffee beans in water for up to 24 hours, resulting in a refreshing and smooth drink with a sweeter flavour profile and less caffeine. De’Longhi’s innovative Cold Extraction technology, incorporated in the La Specialista Arte Evo, and developed in collaboration with the Specialty Coffee Association, adapts water flow, pressure, and temperature, to create smooth cold brew coffee, in less than five minutes.
