Leading global comparison site Finder has named Smeg best-rated oven, following a survey of 30,000 Australians across 170 categories. Over 20 oven brands were included in the 2023 survey with Smeg rating highly in every category including performance, ease of use, cleaning and maintenance, features and overall experience. Another highlight of the survey was the recommendation question, where 92% of responders indicated they’d recommend Smeg to others.
Earlier this year Smeg was awarded a five-star overall customer satisfaction rating by another leading and trusted consumer review and comparison site, Canstar Blue. Smeg achieved an unrivalled five-star clean sweep, outperforming all other brands across performance; design; value for money; ease of cleaning; features and functionality; and ease of use. All ranked as key consumer satisfaction drivers.
