Samsung Electronics Australia has won the ‘Most Satisfied Customers’ award for smartwatches and fitness trackers by Australia’s most trusted consumer comparison website, Canstar Blue, for the Samsung Galaxy Watch range.

The award follows two recent Canstar Blue wins for ‘Most Satisfied Customers’ for smartphones and ‘Most Satisfied Customers’ for tablets.

Canstar Blue surveyed Australians who had purchased a smartwatch or fitness tracker in the last three years to find out which brands provided the best experience. Samsung received top marks and was the only brand surveyed to achieve a perfect rating of five out of five stars, across all categories including design, battery and charging performance, value for money, durability, and user friendliness.
