At this year’s annual Amazon Devices & Services event, Ring announced the launch of the Spotlight Cam Pro and Spotlight Cam Plus, now available for pre-order with an on-sale date of 26 October.
The Spotlight Cam Pro is a new pro-tier security camera in Ring’s radar-powered line-up. Advanced features include 3D motion detection, colour pre-roll, and bird’s eye view – an aerial map view at motion events in front of the doorbell. The camera also includes loud siren and Audio+ to hear noises captured by the device.
Spotlight Cam Pro is available for pre-order with battery and plug-in options for $329 and Spotlight Cam Pro Solar for $359.
The Spotlight Cam Plus builds upon existing features like two-way talk, colour night vision, live view, and a security siren with a new sleek look. It will be available with several power modes, including solar (pictured), battery and plug-in with pricing starting at$289.
