With the NRL Finals Series just seven weeks away, De’Longhi and Kenwood are beginning to see a real return on their sponsorship investments with the South Sydney Rabbitohs rugby league club.

Although De’Longhi has been a major supporter of the self-styled “Pride of the League”, this is the first season since joining as a corporate partner that the Bunnies have truly challenged for the premiership.

Currently sitting in fourth position on the NRL ladder, Souths have been a joy to watch all season, with the 20-times champions of Australia playing some of the most attractive football in the competition.

This was highlighted last Monday when the boys in the famous Cardinal and Myrtle strip pulled off the greatest miracle victory in rugby league against their arch rivals, the Sydney Roosters.

That amazing victory made the front page of Sydney's biggest selling newspaper, The Daily Telegraph:
