Apparently the NZ Fisher & Paykel call centre received just one complaint about its 2013 ad ‘Patience’.

One mathematically gifted, dog lover wanted to correct the ad, arguing that 15 minutes is actually more like eight days and 30-something seconds in dog minutes. UnderCurrent decided life was too short, in human or dog years, to check those calculations.
