Mitsubishi Electric introduced a new System Integrator program at the Modern Manufacturing Expo held in Sydney last month.
The program is designed to support automation integrators with tools and resources including pre-project assistance, technical support and comprehensive health checks. They can access a partner portal, newsletter and technical library, as well as sales and product training. There is also an option to purchase products through their choice of Diamond Distributor or authorised reseller.
The System Integrator program has four levels – Registered, Professional, Gold and Diamond – with various availability and benefits depending on the membership level.
Mitsubishi Electric has confirmed A.I. Automation owner, Colin Heath as the first Diamond Systems Integrator of the new program.

“As a Diamond Partner I have been given access to a range of benefits including a higher level of technical support from Mitsubishi Electric.”
