The new Kenwood Cooking Chef XL has arrived in the Australian market combining state-of-the-art design with new innovation including what the company claims to be the widest and most accurate temperature range of any mixer on the market.

The Cooking Chef XL can melt, prove, steam, slow cook, fry, sauté and more. Kenwood’s patented induction cooking provides a temperature range from 20 degrees to 180 degrees Celsius, for a wider variety of recipes, from sabayons to stir-fries, consommé to crème anglaise and risotto to ragout.

The CookAssist 4.3-inch touch screen provides one-touch preset functions for tasks including dough proving and kneading, steaming, chocolate melting, slow cooking, egg white whisking, Swiss and Italian meringue, popcorn, fruit compote, chunky soup, in addition to all-in-one dishes and all-in-one cakes.

Accompanied by the Kenwood World app, users can weigh out ingredients and follow hundreds of step-by-step recipes or choose to bring their own flair to a recipe with a spark of inspiration from the app that also offers smart ingredient swaps and recipe scaling. The Cooking Chef XL’s integrated EasyWeigh scales link with the recipes in the app.

Included stainless steel EasyClean baking tools are dishwasher safe with a lifetime guarantee and there are over 25 optional attachments for slicing, shredding, slow press juicing, and more.

Kenwood Australia manager, Allison Cupillari said, “Advanced home-cooks want kitchen appliances that help them master new techniques unlocking their ability to create new and exciting dishes with minimal fuss. The Cooking Chef XL does this and more with its all-in-one capabilities and step-by-step guidance provided by the Kenwood app.”

The Kenwood Cooking Chef XL machine is now available for RRP $1,999.
