UnderCurrent is happy! Netflix is launching on 24 March 2015.

UnderCurrent is amused! Foxtel appears to be running a negative guerrilla campaign.

@Beta_Boy claims to be “Foxtel staff” but he makes clear that “opinions and comments are my own”. He has spent this morning opining that Netflix will be more house of cards than House of Cards because, among other things, it will be more expensive (see above), have less content and who cares about Frozen?

Although this is clearly the opinion of one man and not necessarily his employer, UnderCurrent does suspect that (a) Foxtel agrees and (b) Beta_Boy is spot on. Despite this acquiesence, UnderCurrent can’t help but think Foxtel could be doing somewhat better with its tweeting this morning, considering Netflix’s big announcement:

Judge Judy. Really?
