ILVE appliances will feature in the ‘Cook like an Italian’ TV series with food writer and home cook, Silvia Colloca, as part of the brand’s latest partnership with SBS Food for 2020. This is a follow up to Colloca’s ‘Made in Italy’ series from 2014.
Airing from January 8, 2020 at 8.30pm, ‘Cook like an Italian’ celebrates quick, simple, regional and family style Italian recipes using the ILVE Quadra Series PW90FMP cooker. It is filmed in Colloca’s home on Sydney’s northern beaches.
Each episode will feature three dishes cooked by Colloca, trips to Italian delis, markets and bakeries in search for fresh ingredients and a ‘Nonna’s corner’ where she will share personal tips and techniques that have been passed on to her.
