SYDNEY: has announced a partnership with ninemsn, to provide online stores and products for its shopping website

“Our relationship with ninemsn, the leading online portal in Australia, further extends the ability of our retailers to reach as wide an audience of online shoppers as possible,” said Australia country manager, Shaun Cornelius.

“Being part of the shopping experience of leading online destinations is an important strategy in expanding the reach we provide our retailers," he said.

The range of data that offers from merchant, brand, product specifications and pricing, will provide be utilised by ninemsn to provide more value to its shoppers in Australia.

“More than 7.5 million visitors a month use ninemsn to get the news, information and communication services they want,” said ninemsn director of network content and services, Jane O’Connell.

"Our partnership with means we can continue to offer services that make consumers’ lives easier and, in this case, their online shopping experience more enjoyable.” Australia currently has over 300 retailers representing computers and software, consumer electronics, home and garden as well as books, music, movies and sporting goods, with well over half a million products on board.
