Camberwell Electrics teamed up with their suppliers over the Easter Long Weekend to man the largest display at the Melbourne Home Show.

It was the 25th appearance at the show for Hans Vanderstadt and the team from Camberwell Electrics in Melbourne, who were inundated with people building and renovating who were in search of advice on heating, cooling and solar options. The show is a major marketing event for the team, who were happy with the results after spending four days pouring over building plans with keen home improvers.

Vanderstadt said Home Automation was an “absolute growth area” and was extremely popular with those planning to future-proof their homes. Camberwell Electrics have presented Home Automation products for the past two years and this year partnered with DBus Digital smart Home Automation.

The V-Zug cooking demonstration showing off the brand’s smart ovens was a popular draw card, with the 50 seats filling up for each show over the four days. Jura Coffee was another crowd pleaser, Vanderstadt said they received no negative feedback from consumers and sold a lot of machines at the show.
