SYDNEY, NSW: Haier has launched a new website with a new URL, saying that the internet is a vital part of the company’s marketing strategy.

The revamped website can be accessed using or or and is targeted at generation Y consumers especially, according to Yvonne Hong, Haier brand manager.

“The new site features imagery from the latest Haier advertising campaign, which deliberately targets Gen Y,” said Hong.

“We want to reach young people who many have just moved out of home who want stylish, reliable appliances, but want to have some money left in their pockets to do the things they enjoy.”

“The internet is an integral part of Haier’s marketing strategy; we believe that the new website offers a cleaner presentation and easier navigation for consumers.”
