Glem Gas has unveiled the first models of its new Emilia Metro series built-in ovens. Designed to withstand the toughest use in the kitchen, having passed rigorous testing in both Italy and Australia, the ovens are targeted to investors and landlords.
The EMRENT65E stainless steel oven (RRP $799) comes with five cooking functions, 60-minute timer, 57 litres of usable capacity, triple glass door for added safety and 10amp plug in connection.
The EMF69E stainless steel oven (RRP $949) features nine cooking functions including air fry with an included air fryer basket, 57 litres of usable capacity, electric programmer and a 15amp plug in connection.
“Our aim was to make ovens that could handle the rigours of a share house, be fit for purpose, function well and be used by anyone without the need for a user manual,” Glem Gas managing director, David Gilmore said.
“Emilia Metro ovens are priced to compete in the toughest segment in cooking and perform in the toughest kitchens in Australian homes.”
Available from all Glem Gas and Emilia distributors, Emilia Metro ovens come with a two-year warranty. A black 10amp model will be available from May with more models currently in development.
