There are only 10 days left to enter products and services in the 2012 Australian International Design Awards. As part of its callout to entries, organiser Good Design Australia has revealed some of the extra benefits of entering the awards this year.

In addition to the obvious advantage to entering — that you’re in the running to win — Good Design Australia has a comprehensive program to promote and showcase entrants in the lead-up to and after the Awards.

The first of these is a showcase at three Westfield shopping centres: Bondi Junction (NSW), Doncaster (VIC) and Chermside (QLD) in August.

Next up is the possibility of being featured in BRW’s annual review of the Awards. This will be the 11th year the BRW magazine includes a special on the Awards.

For a more global reach, a selection of products will also be showcased at Design Korea, which has been described as the world’s largest trade show.

Finally, entries receive a permanent profile on the Design Awards website, which attracts over 300,000 unique visitors annually.

Entries for the 2012 Australian International Design Awards close on Friday 30 March 2012.
