Fujitsu General has announced a new appointment to its local team, bringing on Karen Nguyen for the company’s newly created brand manager role. In her new position, Nguyen will be part of the national marketing team under Fujitsu General national marketing manager Marc Cheah.

Nguyen joins Fujitsu from pharmaceuticals company Pfizer where she worked as brand assistant and customer marketing associate. Prior to Pfizer, Nguyen worked with a number of retail brands including Toys R Us and Cotton On, where she gained “a strong understanding of the retail sector, with particular expertise in data analytics and digital marketing” according to Fujitsu.

Speaking about Nguyen’s appointment and her nine years of experience with local and international businesses was Marc Cheah:

“We are extremely lucky to have someone of Karen’s professional calibre on the Fujitsu team,” said Cheah. “It is a great endorsement for the direction the business is heading and I know Karen will add significant value to our business with her energy, knowledge and enthusiasm.”
