Smart home technology brand, Eufy is launching the RoboVac X8 series in Australia, powered by twin turbine technology.

The X8 series incorporates the RoboVac X8 and X8 Hybrid with 2-in-1 vacuuming and mopping functionality.

Built with Eufy’s twin turbine technology that applies two turbines generating 2,000 Pascals (pa) of suction power for deeper and smarter cleaning, is supported by up to 180 minutes of runtime.

Twin turbine technology increases overall airflow by 80% for maximum cleaning performance. Paired with BoostIQ technology, suction power automatically increases when needed. Pet-hair cleaning capabilities have increased by more than 57% compared to previous RoboVac models.

The X8 Hybrid features a 250ml water tank for up to 140 minutes of simultaneous mopping and vacuuming.

Both models in the X8 series offer iPath Laser Navigation to intelligently memorise the home environment to build dynamic home layouts with virtual maps using a LiDAR laser.

With the addition of AI Map Technology 2.0, the vacuum builds a real-time map of homes to detect areas to avoid when cleaning and enables the homeowner to see the real-time mapping report. Intelligent cleaning is further enhanced with voice assistant capabilities including Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.

Anker Innovation Australia, parent company of Eufy, is excited to launch the RoboVac X8 range in Australia.

“Powered by the most innovative and supercharge technology, the vacuums are built to meet the needs of modern consumers with the most challenging of environments, removing the pain points of cleaning for various home layouts,” country manager, Gaspar Xie said.

The X8 series is exclusively distributed by Directed Electronics and is now available via the Eufy website, JB Hi-Fi and other major retailers. The X8 model retails for $1,099 and the X8 Hybrid retails for $1,299.
