e&s recently held the second instalment of its e&s masterclass series in its Chadstone showroom. The series is designed for customers to learn from experts and keep informed of the latest industry technology.
With a dessert theme, Unox Casa, exclusively available at e&s in Victoria, partnered with MasterChef Desserts Australia 2023 finalist, Jess Lemon (Jessica Liemantara) to create holiday treats the week prior to Christmas.
Lemon delighted the crowd of about 60 guests with passionfruit macaroons and brookies (brownie and cookies). Using the state-of-the-art technology of the Unox Casa ovens, she showed how professional features adapted to home appliances can facilitate and elevate home cooking.
