Global leader in temperature-controlled drinkware, Ember Technologies has announced the Australian launch of the new Ember Smart Travel Mug 2+.
Complementing its sleek and durable design, the Travel Mug 2+ blends offers features such as an LED touch display, patented temperature-control technology, device location capabilities powered by Apple Find My, auto sleep function and long-lasting battery, all controlled via the Ember app.

As we head into the Australian winter, the launch of the Travel Mug 2+ gives consumers even more options to enjoy their favourite beverages at their perfect temperature, anywhere they go,” Ember Australia and New Zealand business development and sales manager, Alex Andrews said.
Crafted with quality-made materials including a premium soft-touch exterior and stainless steel interior, Travel Mug 2+ features a hidden-until-lit LED touch display for users to set the temperature with a tap of the plus or minus symbol. It also has a spill-resistant 360 lid.
Powered by patented temperature control technology the beverage is maintained at a precise temperature ranging from 50°C to 62.5°C. Users can also customise presets for their drinks, receive notifications when the desired temperature is reached and personalise their Travel Mug 2+.Users can adjust the temperature using the Ember app, available on both iOS and Android devices.
Travel Mug 2+ incorporates device location capabilities powered by Apple’s Find My enabling users to pinpoint the mug’s precise location in case it’s misplaced and allows users to receive notifications if the mug is left behind. The product is compatible with iPhone, iPad, Mac, and the Find Items app on Apple Watch.
Travel Mug 2+ intelligently ‘wakes up’ when hot liquid is poured in and enters sleep mode when not in use, prolonging the battery life. Beverages can be maintained at the optimum temperature for up to three hours on a single charge.
Travel Mug 2+ is available in 354ml at JB Hi-Fi for $299 and the ember website. Additional Australian retailers will be announced shortly.
