Electrolux announced in late June that it is in the process of acquiring the Vintec Wine Cabinets business which turns over $22 million annually with 70% of sales in the Australian market.

In late 2014, Electrolux announced the acquisition of the BeefEater brand of barbecues and outdoor lifestyle appliances from Woodland Home Products.

Putt told Appliance Retailer that “Electrolux would continue to look for further opportunities to acquire enterprises which were synergistic with the company’s core major and small household appliances business with the potential for profitable growth.”
