With latest V8 model.

Dyson has released the V8 Absolute with increased runtime, hygienic dirt ejection, more powerful suction and 50% less noise, among the latest advances from its predecessor, the V6. Battery runtime is now up to 40 minutes, compared to 20 minutes on previous generation machines.

Thanks to the Dyson digital motor V8, which is compact but can spin at up to 110,000rpm, the Dyson V8 cord-free vacuum boasts powerful suction, and it weighs just 2.6kg. The latest generation motor is the result of 18 months research and development and 500,000 hours of testing.

It is also equipped with a docking and charging station. A direct-drive cleaner head removes ground-in dirt and pet hair from carpets, while a soft roller cleaner head removes large debris and fine dust from hard floors simultaneously.

The Dyson V8 features a new bin emptying mechanism. As the bin is emptied, a rubber collar slides down the shroud, scraping dirt off, which allows the user to hygienically drive out trapped dust and debris in a single action. Additionally, the bin has higher capacity than previous generation machines.
