De’Longhi has released its latest bean-to-cup coffee machine, the La Specialista Arte Evo, which can produce cold brew in under five minutes, in addition to espresso and classic milk-based coffees.

Designed for smaller spaces, the La Specialista Arte Evo offers a compact design without compromising on performance. The machine features eight grind settings, three pre-set recipes (espresso, long black and cold brew), three infusion temperature profiles and dose control, as well as manual tamping and milk texturing thanks to the My LatteArt steam wand.

The machine also comes with a barista kit with a dosing and tamping guide and accessories including a tamper, milk jug, two filter baskets and maintenance kit.

Cold brew is traditionally made by soaking ground coffee beans in water for up to 24 hours for a smooth and sweet flavour profile and less caffeine. De’Longhi’s Cold Extraction technology, developed in collaboration with the Specialty Coffee Association, adapts water flow, pressure and temperature to create a cold brew coffee in less than five minutes.

De’Longhi product trainer, Cheryl Giles said, “The new La Specialista Arte Evo is the perfect coffee machine for people looking to craft café-quality coffee from the comfort of their own home. Whether looking to upgrade a current machine or enhance coffee-making skills, this stylish and compact coffee machine offers an authentic barista experience with the tools needed to craft a perfect cup of coffee at home.”

The De’Longhi La Specialista Arte Evo is available for RRP of $999 at delonghi.com.au and leading appliance retailers.
