MELBOURNE: Salton chief executive Milton Dickins has been relieved from his position, leaving his son Chris in charge of the company.

Chris Dickins confirmed the chief executive role had changed hands, and he was currently in charge of the company. He said further details would be forthcoming in the next 24 hours.

Sources have told Current.com.au that an apparent altercation with executives from the company’s US parent company may have been behind the decision.
