The receivers of WOW Sight & Sound have shut down the company’s online store and made a series of changes to the company’s gift card and warranty policies.
Gift vouchers are no longer being honoured or sold by the receivers, with holders of previously purchased gift cards now considered unsecured creditors. People holding gift cards are advised to fill out a claim for this credit.

Extended warranties are no longer being sold, while no products purchased will be refunded or exchanged. Holders of faulty stock are being advised to deal directly with the manufacturer.
WOW Sight & Sound was placed in receivership on Monday 27 February 2012.
