Catch.com.au has welcomed Roxane Carr as head of people and culture, responsible for talent acquisition and development, capability and culture, as well as workplace experience.
Carr brings over a decade of experience leading HR teams in digital business across financial, retail and real estate sectors in Australia and the UK for global brands including REA Group, Net-a-Porter, Latitude Financial Services and Betfair.
Carr said she is looking forward to spearheading Catch’s people and culture team to shape an environment where all employees feel appreciated, connected and inspired.
