Bunnings has taken the top spot in YouGov’s annual Best Brand Rankings with a score of 49.2. Google and Cadbury were ranked in second and third place with scores of 46.2 and 46 respectively. Colgate and Toyota rounded out the top five.

Trailing the top five came Samsung with a score of 44.4, YouTube with 41.4 and PayPal also with 41.4. Rounding out the top 10 was JB Hi-Fi with a score of 41.2 and Weet-Bix with 40.8.

The rankings are based on YouGov’s BrandIndex’s Index score – a measure of overall brand health calculated by taking the average of Impression, Quality, Value, Satisfaction, Recommend and Reputation.

The Index Rankings chart shows the brands with the highest average Index scores between January 1 2023 and December 31 2023. All brands have been tracked for at least six months to be  included in the rankings.
