From Australia to Poland.
BSH will centralise its accounts payable activities in a Shared Service Center (SSC). As a result, processing of invoices in Australia will be relocated to the company’s SSC in Lodz, Poland.
A statement from BSH shared with Appliance Retailer said, “From May 7, 2018 onwards invoices will be processed and booked in the SSC and local support for the accounts payables activities will also be switched from Australia to Poland. The accounts payable employees in Poland are fluent in English and are experienced working in SSC.”
Contact details have been updated for sending invoices and other communication including dunning letters, request for balance statements and change of contact.
