BSH Australia managing director, Andrew Jones has confirmed some key changes to the company’s sales structure.

BSH general manager for commercial – Gaggenau and specialist channel, Robert Warner has taken on the role of general manager for retail sales, responsible for driving the retail strategy across national and regional key accounts for Bosch, Siemens, Neff and Gaggenau.

Warner will be supported by Leigh Hardingham in a newly created role, head of retail operations, driving tactical execution in store and optimising field sales performance. Hardingham was previously channel manager for Derni Group.

BSH head of marketing, Jacqui Howard will move from her position to take over as general manager for commercial sales to focus on the growing project business. Her successor will be announced in due course.

“The change in structure allows BSH to have a dedicated focus on the specific needs of these two different and dynamic sales areas,” Jones said.
