Bosch has again partnered with Channel 9’s reality TV series, The Block, together with Kinsman Kitchens, to showcase the latest range of Bosch appliances.

According to Bosch head of marketing and communications, Jacqueline Howard, consumers tune into the show looking for inspiration for their own renovations, and it gives Bosch the opportunity to demonstrate how a dream kitchen can be achieved with its appliances.

“Viewers have the benefit of seeing various plans and design come to life with useful feedback and tips from the judges. It gives them an insight into designing a kitchen that they might not have previous knowledge of, like featuring the Bosch 2-in-1 cooktop with integrated ventilation which can be installed into an island bench for an open plan entertaining solution,” she told Appliance Retailer.

“The Bosch home website features The Block Look landing page that consumers can browse to view the exact appliances that they’ve seen on The Block, such as our exclusive accent line range, and the iconic Series 8 black glass range of appliances.”

In House 3 (pictured above), Tanya and Vito have delivered an aesthetic that blends contemporary design with retro flair. The main kitchen is functional and considered with a terrazzo benchtop as the focal point.

The Bosch accent line appliances make a bold statement, with the carbon black finish creating a striking contrast against the white cabinetry, while tying in with the black accents throughout the kitchen.

Tanya and Vito chose a combination of the new accent line appliances including Bosch 60cm ovens with steam and microwave functions, as well as a built-in fully automatic coffee machine and warming drawer from the new range.

The ovens feature sensor technology to roast or bake food to perfection, while recipes are now found on the Home Connect app, which can send cooking instructions directly to the oven. Pyrolytic cleaning, PerfectRoast Plus meat probe, Bosch Assist, steam and microwave functions are just some of the features included in the new range.

Choosing the Bosch Serie 6 2-in-1 cooktop with integrated ventilation, Tanya and Vito had freedom when deciding on placement, as there’s no need for an overhead rangehood.

In House 4, Josh and Luke have executed a sleek and functional kitchen with bold black cabinetry complemented by the grey hue of the timber floors and juxtaposed by the white stone bench and natural timber benchtop.

Josh and Luke created a full wall of appliances, configuring a selection from the Bosch Series 8 black glass range. A full-size oven with steam function, another full-size oven with added steam, along with a compact oven with steam function are supported by a built-in fully automatic coffee machine and two warming drawers.

The Series 6 2-in-1 cooktop combines an induction cooktop with integrated ventilation, removing the need for an overhead rangehood.

In House 5, Kirsty and Jesse chose more classic details that for a luxurious and timeless feel with elements that are reminiscent of Hamptons style kitchens.

Opting for a Bosch FlameSelect gas cooktop with nine defined settings for the flame for consistent results, there are two Series 8 built-in ovens in the main kitchen, while a compact oven with microwave function, built-in fully automatic coffee machine and warming drawer can be found in the butler’s pantry.

The Series 8 range of black glass appliances feature TFT display and intuitive control ring for easy navigation, while 4D HotAir in the ovens ensure perfect results.
