In new ILVE cooktops.

ILVE is bringing in a luxury cooktop range from Italy featuring newly designed black tempered glass that the company said adds another level of style to its current cooktop selection. The brass burners are arranged in a new layout with two models featuring a dual control brass wok burner. Its cast iron cradle is said to make wok cooking easier while the steel burner housing keeps accidental spills away from the heat source. All burners are fitted with a flame failure safety device.

The 8mm black toughened glass surface provides a stable and safe cooking experience and the entire outer edge of the hob is emphasised with a bevelled edge finish.

Standard accessories include a cast iron adaptor for the wok and cast iron reducer for small pans.
Eurolinx is supporting the launch in February with consumer promotions with details still to be confirmed.

There are three cooktop selections each featuring a front right simmer, front left rapid and two rear simmers plus a wok burner on two models. RRPs start at $1,299 and up to $1,799.
