Bertazzoni has been chosen as the supplier of ovens and cooktops for Channel 7’s new cooking show, Plate of Origin. Bertazzoni supplied Modern Gas 5 Burner Hobs, Modern Pyro/Steam Built-In Ovens, and Professional 90cm Induction Upright Cookers for the contestants.

The Bertazzoni Modern Series 60cm built-in electric oven (F6011MODVPTC) with pyrolytic self-cleaning and full steam capabilities has 11 functions, is easily managed with full touch controls in a black glass control panel with a clear TFT display. It also makes managing the food probe and Bertazzoni Assistant simple. The soft open-and-close door is safe and easy to use, fitted with a smart glass-finish handle. The door is quadruple-glazed for safety and energy efficiency.
This Bertazzoni Modern Series 90cm gas hob (P905LMODNE) features five aluminium burners and accurate metal control knobs to make cooking simple and precise. A lateral 18.4 Mg wok ring offers added versatility. The cast iron pan support is solid and secure for safe use.
The Bertazzoni Professional 90cm Induction E Series (PRO905IMFESXE) model has 11 functions, from convection, baking and grilling to fast-preheat. Triple-glazed oven doors feature soft motion hinges and anti-slam closing system, and also minimise heat loss. The hob has an induction top with five heating zones, including booster feature, pot detection and residual heat indicator for each zone.
