SYDNEY: Saeco’s latest semi-automatic coffee machine, the Nina, is currently only available through Harvey Norman stores. With a price of RRP $399, it also includes a bonus ‘Cappucinotore’ milk frothing attachment valued at RRP $89.
Currently exclusive to Harvey Norman stores nationally, Saeco Australia said that it will be available through other retail groups next year.
This manual espresso machine features a 1.5 litre water jug and 15 bar pump pressure. It also has a cup warming plate which heats the cups using the residual heat of the stainless steel boiler.
The Nina features electronic push-button controls for dosing the required amount of coffee. It allows one or two cup options.
A pressurised metal filter is designed to assist the flow of the coffee through the portafilter to ensure that all the coffee is infused by the water as it passes through the coffee.
Milk frothing is achieved either through the traditional Pannarello, or steam wand, or the bonus Cappucinotore milk frothing attachment.
An instant hot water facility delivers water for teas. And the adjustable drip tray can accommodate small, medium or large cup sizes.
Meanwhile Saeco is running a giveaway promotion on all automatic coffee machines. For the month of December, all consumers who purchase any coffee machines from the Primea, Talea and Odea ranges can redeem a gift boxed Saeco 12 piece cup and saucer set.
