Arisit will distribute Italian kitchen appliance company Steel SRL’s Genesi and Ascot range of Combi-Steam Ovens, launching the brand in Australia.
Steel SLR is headquartered in Capri and formed in 1999 by the third generation of a family who claim a major role in commercial cookers. Steel plays up the Po family’s 91 years of pedigree in the commercial cooker market with Angelo Po, grandfather of Steel SLR founders, starting his steel craftsmanship in 1922, firstly with wood burning stoves before beginning production of advanced commercial cooking models for restaurants.

“The art and technology to process stainless steel has been consolidated in three generations of experience and values,” the company said.
This stainless steel expertise is visible in the range of colours of their cookers. The Gensi cookers are available in white, anthracite, stainless steel, red, black, lime and yellow.
Ascot cookers are available in a more subdued palette: cream, anthracite, stainless steel, burgundy, blue, black, green and white.
As a point of difference, if a customer orders a colour the stainless steel model is re-worked, and the original stainless steel panels are supplied with the unit, so they can be swapped at a later point in time. So buyers can match their oven to their toaster if they desire, without having to worry about re-sale.

The prices begin at RRP $6,499 for upright models and RRP $2,999 for built-in ovens which include features such as electronic timer control, cool-touch triple glazed door, removable dishwasher-proof stainless steel liners and full extension telescopic rails.
