Panasonic Australia has appointed Deane Hornsby as the Toughbook group manager within its Business Systems Group (BSG). Hornsby will be responsible for the sales, marketing and support team across its Toughbook portfolio.

“Hornsby brings a wealth of business-to-business experience to the Business System Group to grow our Toughbook range through increasing our focus on solutions designed to address the growing number of Australian based businesses requiring truly ruggedised notebook and tablet computing devices,” said BSG director Mark Deere-Jones.
Hornsby has previously worked in the industry for 18 years, with stints at HP, IMB and Singapore.
