G & S Agencies, the Australian sales agency that holds limited distribution rights for the Sharp, De’Longhi and Yamaha brands, has announced that it has added Homedics and House of Marley headphones to its brand stable.

G & S Agencies will represent Homedics wellness products as well as Bob Marley-branded House of Marley headphones – a company run by the legendary musician’s children – in Darwin, northern NSW (from Ballina and Lismore north to the Queensland border), and in Queensland.

Homedics and House of Marley will join G & S Agencies’ list of brands, which also includes the outdoor and adventure-focused camera brand, Contour.

Speaking about the strengths of the G & Agencies in Australia, company director Gil Elliott said many manufacturers were moving away from “in house” representation towards his agency because of its positive performance record.

“We currently represent major manufacturers such as Sharp, Delonghi, Kenwood, Yamaha and Topfield in various parts of Australia,” said Elliott. “In the past 36 months G & S Agencies has expanded its operations from 8 staff to now 21 staff in 2 main branches and still recruiting. Coverage extends to all states of Australia.”

“We have a strong record in achieving as good or better sales results for manufacturers as their ‘in house’ sales force and generally for less per sale. We have been fortunate to be able to recruit some great people with extensive product knowledge and industry experience to achieve these results,” he said.

House of Marley makes audio products including these "Smile Jamaica Headphones".
