Samsung TV customers are the most satisfied, with all the major brands also scoring highly in Canstar Blue’s customer satisfaction survey results, released this week.

The Korean brand, which has been a pioneer of both 3D and IPTV technology in Australia, scored 5 stars for overall satisfaction in this survey, which measured value for money, performance, ease of use, and warranty and service.

Samsung scored full marks for performance and ease of use, and 4 stars out of 5 for value for money and warranty and service. The best-scoring brand in the value for money category was Sanyo.

The best warranty and service brand was Hisense, which scored 5 stars in this category. Hisense has successfully offered a 3-year in home replacement warranty to attract consumers.

Joining Samsung with full marks for ease of use was LG.

Overall, Sony, LG, Panasonic, Sanyo, Sharp and Toshiba all scored 4 stars. Hisense, despite having the best warranty, only scored 3 stars overall.
